- add Create Branch and Create Tag buttons
        - icons are modified versions of Kim Does's icons (from ca7816b523) made a bit smaller to fit in the buttons better
    - add Merge, Cherry Pick, and Rebase buttons
        - icons by Nathan Kinsinger
