giovannibajo	680572bde4	Try always first to find embedded PKG into the executable, and only ... later look for an external PKG file. This follows PyInstaller's convention of allowing external files (even .py file) if not found within the archive. From: Anton Gyllenberg <anton@iki.fi> Convert some invocations of VS(), OTHERERROR() and FATALERROR() to use the newly introduced printf style format strings. giovannibajo	cabcff4e20	Fix problem with icons provided by the user disappearing when compressing ... the executables with UPX.
