Chad Whitacre e182b0c190 Improve error handling on twitter sign-in; #681 ...

Did some user testing with a friend, right off the bat when he signed in
he got a 500. :-/  Looks like it was a bad response from twitter, but we
weren't logging the response code. This changes that.
