- Dockerfile: optional `--build-arg INSTALL_FORECAST=true` installs the forecast extra via `uv sync --extra forecast`; off by default. - README: document the Dokploy Schedule (cron) for ingest.py, the forecast build arg, and the CmdStan/toolchain caveat for prophet.
