Publish the Obsidian vault's Knowledge folder as /knowledge (881 notes, 67 folders), with a Knowledge item in the nav and footer. - scripts/import_knowledge.py regenerates data/knowledge from the vault: slugged paths, folder notes as index pages, wikilinks resolved to site links (or plain text), callouts, highlights, and Dataview tables rendered statically. Personal notes are withheld via an exclusion list plus a privacy guard. - tuftecms/core/knowledge.py builds a concept index from note titles and aliases. First mentions on ordinary pages link to their Knowledge note (capped, never in headings, code, links, or sidenotes); Knowledge pages list related notes and where they're mentioned across the site; other pages get a Related Knowledge block. - Knowledge URLs join sitemap.xml (so the sweep test covers them), never displace existing legacy slugs, list alphabetically, and mermaid diagrams render client-side only on pages that have them.

Muladhara · Root
Before you can climb, you must consent to have been born.
Essence
Muladhara sits at the base of the spine, at the perineal floor where the body meets the ground it stands upon. Its name means “root support,” and everything the subtler centres later reach for depends on the sureness of this footing. This is the chakra of incarnation itself — of having arrived, of occupying a body, of belonging to the earth and to the tribe that received you. It governs the primal questions that precede all others: Am I safe? Do I have a right to be here? Will there be enough? Where survival is not yet settled, the higher aspirations of the heart and mind cannot properly bloom; the animal keeps one ear turned toward the exit.
Here the coiled serpent Kundalini sleeps, wound three and a half times around the base, awaiting the readiness of the whole system before she begins her ascent. To tend Muladhara is to tend the foundation — food, shelter, money, ancestry, the plain fact of the flesh — with reverence rather than contempt.

Balanced & Blocked
A rooted Muladhara feels like unremarkable well-being — the quiet confidence of someone who trusts the floor will hold. Such a person is grounded without being heavy, patient, physically present, at ease with money and matter and mortality. When the centre is blocked, the world turns precarious: chronic anxiety, a scarcity that no amount of accumulation soothes, restlessness, a sense of not quite belonging in one’s own body. When it runs overactive, the grip tightens the other way — hoarding, rigidity, an obsession with security that mistakes fear for prudence. The medicine is the same in both cases: slow down, come back into the body, feel the weight of yourself received by the ground, and let the earth do what it has always done, which is hold.
