kennethreitz ce93f429a2 Add Knowledge: the vault's reference shelf, crosslinked across the site
Publish the Obsidian vault's Knowledge folder as /knowledge (881 notes,
67 folders), with a Knowledge item in the nav and footer.

- scripts/import_knowledge.py regenerates data/knowledge from the vault:
slugged paths, folder notes as index pages, wikilinks resolved to site
links (or plain text), callouts, highlights, and Dataview tables
rendered statically. Personal notes are withheld via an exclusion
  list plus a privacy guard.
- tuftecms/core/knowledge.py builds a concept index from note titles and
aliases. First mentions on ordinary pages link to their Knowledge note
(capped, never in headings, code, links, or sidenotes); Knowledge pages
list related notes and where they're mentioned across the site; other
pages get a Related Knowledge block.
- Knowledge URLs join sitemap.xml (so the sweep test covers them), never
displace existing legacy slugs, list alphabetically, and mermaid
diagrams render client-side only on pages that have them.

Fire

The first light was a decision. Everything since has been its consequence.

The Element

Fire is the element of will — the outward thrust of a being that has decided to exist. Where the other elements describe how the world holds together, Fire describes why anything moves at all. It is hot and dry: hot because it radiates, spends itself outward, gives without hoarding; dry because it does not yield or absorb, it consumes and transforms. To touch Fire is to be changed. Nothing that passes through it returns unaltered.

As a mode of being, Fire is passion, energy, and spirit — the spark that leaps ahead of thought. It is intuition rather than deliberation, the flash that knows before it can explain. This is the element of the initiate, the one who acts, the courage that precedes certainty. Its shadow is the same as its gift: unattended, it burns what it was meant to warm. Fire asks a single question of anyone who carries it — what are you willing to spend yourself on?

Across the Traditions

In tarot, Fire rules the suit of Wands — the batons of creativity, enterprise, and ambition, cards that crackle with beginnings. In Astrology it forms the fiery triplicity of Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius: the cardinal spark that starts, the fixed flame that sustains, the mutable blaze that seeks the horizon. Plato gave Fire the Tetrahedron, the sharpest and simplest of the Platonic Solids, its keen points the very reason flame feels the way it does against the skin. In Alchemy Fire is the agent of every transformation, the calcinating heat that reduces matter to its essence, drawn as the upward triangle — aspiration made geometry. Among the Chakras its heat gathers at Manipura, the solar plexus, seat of power, drive, and the sovereign sense of self. Everywhere it appears, Fire is the same: the principle that refuses to remain merely potential.
