Fix all remaining Galatians shallow commentary

All 149 verses now have:
- 600+ char analysis with 3+ Greek terms
- 200+ char historical context (specific, not generic)
- 3 verse-specific questions (no generic patterns)
- Verse quotes in <strong> tags
- <br><br> paragraph breaks

Eliminates all 130 remaining severe issues.
