kennethreitz 6edb9562b0 Add Codex agent config and dev notes; auto-activate venv in .envrc 
- AGENTS.md: Codex counterpart to CLAUDE.md with project notes
- .codex/agents/commentary-generator.toml: Codex version of the
  commentary-generator agent already tracked under .claude/agents/
- .envrc: source the virtualenv on entry via direnv
