- [x] review `openapi-codegen` and `openapi-generator` for Pydantic model generation
	- `openapi-codegen` is a good fit for the project (supports pydantic, etc.)
- [ ] look for more lessons learned with `kiota`
	- [ ] httx abstraction (can be added later)
