- chords: open_voicing() alongside other voicings, normal_form() in
  pitch class sets section
- tones: is_natural, is_sharp, is_flat accidental properties
- scales: Key.seventh() for individual degrees, expanded
  Scale.recommend() explanation of how ranking works
