kennethreitz e8fcaa50a8 Ableton Link, strobe tuner, and richer chord detection — v0.49.0
- pytheory live --link: tempo/beat-grid/transport sync with Ableton
  Link sessions (new pytheory[link] extra, LinkPython-extern)
- pytheory tune: strobe display, instrument string presets
  (--instrument guitar/bass/violin/...), WebSocket stream at /ws
- detect_chords: sus2/sus4 templates, slash-chord inversions via a
  YIN bass pass with a missing-fundamental guard, onset-phase-aligned
  chord windows, 130 Hz chroma floor
- Chord.from_symbol parses slash chords ("C/E", "Am7/G", "C/D")
