Live it feels like 'civilized chat'- because the comments will be there forever, I'm much less likely to cross the line (the jokes that go a little too far). In the follow up, where I commented after the fact while watching the video I missed having other people around, but I was motivated to leave useful information for people who come into the convore later on. My one suggestion would be that a user's comments get aggregated into a single pane somewhere in their account. Not for everyone to see but for the user. At some point you might consider making anonymous Convores an option, for fun, but perhaps with a built in destruct mechanism.
