I reckoned there would be sprint space available at the venue arranged by PyCon, and that those who want to use a beach house would pay extra for it. But then arrangements and payments would have to be made outside of an official PyCon structure to avoid liability and insurance issues. And I presume that means an announcement through PyCon channels would not be available.
