Installation in brief:

Non-Windows users should:
    cd to source/linux
    python Make.py
    make

Everyone should:
    python Configure.py

Now you're ready to use it!
  see Makespec in doc/begin.html

Major changes in this release:
 --onefile always creates a temporary directory (see doc/begin.html)
 - can use UPX if you have it installed
 - many bug fixes.
