RenameCommand

RENAME \_oldkey\_ \_newkey\_

*Time complexity: O(1)*
    Atomically renames the key *oldkey* to *newkey*. If the source
    anddestination name are the same an error is returned. If
    *newkey*already exists it is overwritten.
