Usage

# Build a Dockerfile-based image.
$ bob-builder <path-to-code>
Building with orca-build.

# Build a Heroku-style repo.
$ bob-builder <path-to-code>
Building with Heroku-ish.

# Push to registry too.
$ bob-builder <path-to-code> --push registry:80
