kennethreitz ce93f429a2 Add Knowledge: the vault's reference shelf, crosslinked across the site
Publish the Obsidian vault's Knowledge folder as /knowledge (881 notes,
67 folders), with a Knowledge item in the nav and footer.

- scripts/import_knowledge.py regenerates data/knowledge from the vault:
slugged paths, folder notes as index pages, wikilinks resolved to site
links (or plain text), callouts, highlights, and Dataview tables
rendered statically. Personal notes are withheld via an exclusion
  list plus a privacy guard.
- tuftecms/core/knowledge.py builds a concept index from note titles and
aliases. First mentions on ordinary pages link to their Knowledge note
(capped, never in headings, code, links, or sidenotes); Knowledge pages
list related notes and where they're mentioned across the site; other
pages get a Related Knowledge block.
- Knowledge URLs join sitemap.xml (so the sweep test covers them), never
displace existing legacy slugs, list alphabetically, and mermaid
diagrams render client-side only on pages that have them.

# Aquamarine
> *The sea, decided to hold still for a while.*
---
## The Stone
Aquamarine is beryl in its ocean mood — the same mineral family as emerald, but where emerald hoards its green, aquamarine runs clear and cool, from the palest glacier-blue to the deep blue-green of open water. The name is Latin, *aqua marina*, seawater, and the Romans meant it literally: this was the sailor's stone, carried on voyages as a charm against drowning and a token of Neptune's favor. Legend held that it was the treasure of mermaids, washed up from their caskets to the shore.
It is a hard, clean, trustworthy gem — often nearly flawless where its cousin emerald is famously included — and that clarity is the whole of its character. Nothing murky, nothing hidden. Water you can see to the bottom of.

## Properties
Aquamarine is the stone of calm courage and clear speech. Where the throat stones as a family govern expression, aquamarine's particular gift is saying the difficult thing without the storm — truth delivered at the temperature of cool water. It is turned to for soothing an overactive mind, releasing old anger held in the jaw and shoulders, and steadying fear of the unknown; the old sailors' charm generalizes to anyone setting out across water they cannot see the far side of. It is also considered a stone of letting go — of what the tide should be allowed to take.
## In Practice
Worn at the throat before hard conversations — the apology, the boundary, the ask — it is a companion for speaking clearly under pressure. Held during breath-focused [Meditation](/knowledge/spirituality/meditation), its watery calm pairs naturally with slow exhales. Some keep it near during travel, honoring the original use, and it is a traditional gift for 19th wedding anniversaries and March birthdays. Cleanse it in water; it is one of the few stones whose element and care instructions agree.
