Publish the Obsidian vault's Knowledge folder as /knowledge (881 notes, 67 folders), with a Knowledge item in the nav and footer. - scripts/import_knowledge.py regenerates data/knowledge from the vault: slugged paths, folder notes as index pages, wikilinks resolved to site links (or plain text), callouts, highlights, and Dataview tables rendered statically. Personal notes are withheld via an exclusion list plus a privacy guard. - tuftecms/core/knowledge.py builds a concept index from note titles and aliases. First mentions on ordinary pages link to their Knowledge note (capped, never in headings, code, links, or sidenotes); Knowledge pages list related notes and where they're mentioned across the site; other pages get a Related Knowledge block. - Knowledge URLs join sitemap.xml (so the sweep test covers them), never displace existing legacy slugs, list alphabetically, and mermaid diagrams render client-side only on pages that have them.

Yerathel
“Light spreads; the shadows do not so much lose as simply cease.”
The Angel
Yerathel takes the -el of divine might and a root the tradition ties to deliverance and to the punishing of the wicked, rendering him “God who delivers from evil-doers.” But his brighter and more characteristic office is propagation — the spreading of light, learning, and civilization against the encroachment of ignorance. He is the angel of culture in its noble sense: the diffusion of knowledge, the founding of schools, the patient work by which barbarism is pushed back not by force but by illumination.
His virtue is a confident, generative optimism. The tradition names him the patron of writers, printers, and all who disseminate what is true and good, and it sets him against the enemies of light — the slanderer, the persecutor, the one who would keep others in darkness for his own advantage. Yerathel grants liberation from such enemies, but more than that he grants the drive to build in their place: to answer suppression not with mere resistance but with creation, meeting the closed fist with the open book. His deliverance works less by destroying the wicked than by rendering them irrelevant, flooding the space they occupied with light until their shadow has nowhere to fall. To invoke Yerathel is to align oneself with the long, hopeful labor of civilization, and to ask for the energy to keep spreading light in a world that does not always want it.
