Publish the Obsidian vault's Knowledge folder as /knowledge (881 notes,
67 folders), with a Knowledge item in the nav and footer.

- scripts/import_knowledge.py regenerates data/knowledge from the vault:
slugged paths, folder notes as index pages, wikilinks resolved to site
links (or plain text), callouts, highlights, and Dataview tables
rendered statically. Personal notes are withheld via an exclusion
  list plus a privacy guard.
- tuftecms/core/knowledge.py builds a concept index from note titles and
aliases. First mentions on ordinary pages link to their Knowledge note
(capped, never in headings, code, links, or sidenotes); Knowledge pages
list related notes and where they're mentioned across the site; other
pages get a Related Knowledge block.
- Knowledge URLs join sitemap.xml (so the sweep test covers them), never
displace existing legacy slugs, list alphabetically, and mermaid
diagrams render client-side only on pages that have them.

Ajna · Third Eye

There is a seeing that opens only when the eyes are closed.

Essence

Ajna sits between the eyebrows, the storied third eye, and its name means “command” or “perceive” — the centre from which the whole system is at last surveyed and directed. Here the two great currents of the subtle body, ida and pingala, meet the central channel, and the play of opposites that has driven the lower centres — self and other, will and surrender, speaking and hearing — resolves into a single point of witnessing awareness. Its element is light, or mind itself, and its province is insight: intuition, imagination, vision, and the capacity to perceive meaning beneath the surface of things.

This is the seat of the seer rather than the seen. Where the lower senses report the world, Ajna perceives the patterns that organise it — the archetypes, the correspondences, the quiet significance that the discursive mind steps over. To open the third eye is to trade a portion of certainty for a portion of vision, to trust the knowing that arrives whole and unbidden, without having been reasoned toward. It is the faculty by which the mystic and the artist alike see what is not yet there.

Balanced & Blocked

An open Ajna feels like clear inner sight — trusting intuition without abandoning discernment, perceiving meaning and pattern, imagining vividly while remaining tethered to what is real. Such a person sees clearly, in both the ordinary and the deeper sense. When the centre is blocked, the vision clouds: confusion, cynicism, an over-reliance on cold logic that dismisses the intuitive as fantasy, a denial of anything the physical eye cannot verify. When it runs overactive, the seeing floats free of its moorings — dissociation, delusion, a flood of images and portents with no ground to hold them, the seer lost in what he sees. The discipline is balance: to honour vision and to test it, to see truly by keeping one foot on the earth.
