kennethreitz ce93f429a2 Add Knowledge: the vault's reference shelf, crosslinked across the site
Publish the Obsidian vault's Knowledge folder as /knowledge (881 notes,
67 folders), with a Knowledge item in the nav and footer.

- scripts/import_knowledge.py regenerates data/knowledge from the vault:
slugged paths, folder notes as index pages, wikilinks resolved to site
links (or plain text), callouts, highlights, and Dataview tables
rendered statically. Personal notes are withheld via an exclusion
  list plus a privacy guard.
- tuftecms/core/knowledge.py builds a concept index from note titles and
aliases. First mentions on ordinary pages link to their Knowledge note
(capped, never in headings, code, links, or sidenotes); Knowledge pages
list related notes and where they're mentioned across the site; other
pages get a Related Knowledge block.
- Knowledge URLs join sitemap.xml (so the sweep test covers them), never
displace existing legacy slugs, list alphabetically, and mermaid
diagrams render client-side only on pages that have them.

# Anahata · Heart
> *The sound that was never struck is the only one that never stops.*

## Essence
Anahata sits at the centre of the chest, the hinge on which the whole system turns. Below it lie the three centres of the personal self — survival, desire, will; above it, the three centres of the transpersonal — expression, vision, unity. The heart is the bridge between them, the place where the earthbound and the transcendent meet and are reconciled. Its name means “unstruck” or “unhurt,” after the yogic teaching of a primordial sound that arises without two things being struck together — a resonance native to the being itself, sounding beneath all wounds.
This is the air centre, and its dimension is love — not sentiment, but the vast and even quality of openness that regards self and other with the same tenderness. Compassion, forgiveness, intimacy, and the capacity to be moved all live here. When the heart is open, love flows in both directions without a toll gate, and the divisions the lower centres necessarily draw are seen, from above, to have been provisional all along.

## Balanced & Blocked
An open Anahata feels like spaciousness — the ability to love and be loved without defence, to forgive without forgetting the lesson, to hold grief and joy in the same breath. Such a person is warm, compassionate, at peace with the tender fact of being alive among others. When the heart is closed, the air goes thin: loneliness, bitterness, an armouring against hurt that keeps out the very warmth it aches for, a coldness that mistakes numbness for safety. When it runs overactive, love loses its centre of gravity — giving without boundaries, losing oneself in others, a caretaking that quietly demands to be needed. The medicine is breath: to soften the chest, to let the unstruck sound be heard again beneath the noise of self-protection.
