# Pattern Recognition & Manipulation

|

The same manipulation techniques that destroy individual relationships scale predictably to institutional and algorithmic systems targeting billions. I learned to recognize these patterns the hard way — through surviving narcissistic abuse. That education turned out to be the foundation for understanding how platforms exploit psychological vulnerabilities at civilizational scale.
