I do not think it is more difficult than europe, it is just an old system (I probably put my girlfriend as owner, if it keeps being problems with me being a foreigner, this is how it is done in my country, which is much more hard on foreigners) and unfortunately I have experienced many mexican people who are only interested in getting as much money out of foreigners as possible, without care of how the present their own country and people.
